Explore the Solutions Marketplace & Connect with Service Associates

Illinois ASBO Service Associate Members bring valuable ideas and expertise to help school business officials discover the best solutions for their districts. The 2026 Annual Conference offers two days to explore the Solutions Marketplace and network with these knowledgeable industry partners.

  • On Wednesday, April 29, head into the Solutions Marketplace immediately following the Opening General Session. Connect with Service Associate Members and start participating in the X Game to earn prizes. Enjoy a hospitality in the Solutions Marketplace from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.—a great time to relax and continue networking.
  • On Thursday, April 30, return to the Solutions Marketplace for lunch. At 12:30 p.m., the X Game will conclude and winners will be drawn at the Illinois ASBO booth.  Exhibitor prizes will be awarded at this time, and attendees must be present to win.

Get Ready for a Tropical Escape

Last year’s Mardi Gras Masquerade theme brought the energy—this year, we are turning up the heat with a Tropical Escape theme in the Solutions Marketplace.

Get ready to bring the island vibes with palm trees, Hawaiian shirts and all things beachy. We encourage you to fully embrace the theme and decorate your booth with tropical flair.

As in years past, booths that commit to the theme will be in the running for the coveted “Most Festive Booth” award.  The prize includes the top pick of booth location for the 2027 Annual Conference (after sponsors and priority placements).

Please note: When you register, you will need to commit to the theme to be eligible to win.



X Marks the Spot in the Solutions Marketplace

The X Game returns on Wednesday and Thursday—and this is your chance to find treasure.

Look for exhibitor booths marked with an “X” to discover great items available for the prize drawing. The drawing will take place on Thursday, April 30 at 12:30 p.m.

The X Game is taking an exciting new step by going digital at the 2026 ASBO Conference. To enhance engagement and streamline participation, the X Game will now utilize the official Illinois ASBO Conference app. Conference attendees will scan unique QR codes at participating exhibitor booths throughout the Solutions Marketplace in Peoria. Scanning these codes will serve as your entry into the prize drawings offered by each exhibitor.

Be sure to watch for additional details as the Conference date approaches. Important information and updates will be provided to guide you through the digital X Game experience.

Before you begin exploring the Solutions Marketplace, make sure you have downloaded and installed the Illinois ASBO Conference App. This will ensure you are ready to participate fully in the digital X Game and maximize your experience at the conference.
